Go-Seva (Service of Mother Cow)
Verse: Namo brahmanya-devaya go-brahmana hitaya ca, Jagad-dhitaya krisnaya govidaya namo namaha
Meaning: "I offer my respectful obeisances unto Lord Krishna who is the worshipable deity and well wisher of the cows and the benefactor of the whole world. I offer my repeated obeisances to the personality of Godhead, known as Krishna and Govinda." Vishnu purana (1.19.65)
Verse: Surye tu vidyaya trayya havisagnu yajeta mam, atithyena tu vipragrye gosv anga yavasadina
Meaning: Krishna tells Uddhava, "My dearest Uddhava, I can be worshipped within the cows by offerings of grass and other suitable grains and paraphernalia for the pleasure and health of the cows." Shrimad Bhagavatam (11.11.43-45)
Annadāna
Verse: Yagna-sistasinah santo mucyante sarva-kilbisaih, Bhunjate te tv agham papa ye pacanty atma-karanat
Meaning: "The devotees of the lord released from all kinds of sins because they eat food which is offered first for sacrifice. Others, who prepare food for personal sense of enjoyment, verily eat only sin." Bagavat-gita (3.13)
Yugadharma Prachara
Verse: Maharsinam bhrgur aham giram asmy ekam aksaram yajnanam japa-yagnosmi
Meaning: Krishna says, "I am the chanting of holy names (japa, bhajans)" Bhagavat-gita (10.25)
